Ecopump 315 Turbo blower solution

The core of Ecopump 315 Turbo Blower is a massive rotor electric motor with a frequency converter which is necessary to run the motor from 0-10,000 rpm. This cutting-edge technology makes it possible to adjust the vacuum level from atmospheric pressure to -60kPa on demand without wasting energy.

The converter is equipped with an electric filter that removes electric disturbances, which in turn enables  the converter to be placed in an electric room and the turbo itself on the machine floor. The system uses low voltage 390-690V.


The radial impeller is directly fitted on the electric motor shaft. No couplings and gear boxes means less maintenance. The pump has one rotating shaft on oil lubricated ball bearings. That is practically all the mechanical maintenance required. Electrically: it has an AC motor and frequency controller - both common in the industry today.
